Guest Rates: Per day - $5.00 per guest **However, for events, entertainment weekends and holidays the guest charge will be $10 per person, per day. All guests must park in guest parking.
Note: There will be an exception to the 4 persons per site rule for families (spouses) who have 3 children under 18 years old. You will need to provide valid proof of relation confirming parental relation. Children 3 yrs and under stay free, but will be included in the site total of 8 persons 4 paid guests included with site and 4 additional paying guests.
DISCOUNTS: Senior Citizen (60 years and older) – 10% Military - 10% First Responder - 10% Note: Discounts do not apply to weekly or monthly rates.

Cancellation Policy – Every reservation will be charged a one-night non-refundable deposit and $3.00 resort fee. For all non holidays and events a credit will be issued if the reservation is cancelled forty-eight (48) hours prior to the arrival date. Credit is good for 6 months from the cancellation date. All reservations not cancelled 48 hours prior will not be issued a credit. Multiple site reservations must be cancelled at least 5 days prior to check in date. Reservations for events and holidays must be cancelled 1 week in advance. Failure to cancel on time will result in your credit card being charged a minimum of one additional night for your site reserved. In the event of any kind of MANDATORY evacuation (floods, hurricanes, pandemic etc.) only camping credit will be issued. NO REFUNDS. Early departures for any reason are not eligible for refunds.

NOTE: A personal golf cart is allowed but you must obtain a Permit at a charge of $5.00 per day from Cypress Lake Resort to use your cart on Resort property. You must also have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and be 16 years of age.
